This production line is used for salt bath quenching and tempering production lines of high carbon chromium bearing steel rings, rolling elements, etc.

The product parts are directly placed in the material basket, automatically enter the rolling bar heating furnace according to the cycle, heat and preserve in the protective atmosphere according to the process requirements, and then conduct the salt bath quenching process. The system has a high degree of automation and is equipped with motion detection, security alarm and other systems. The product quality is stable and the appearance color is consistent.

The waste heat of the equipment is recycled by various energy-saving technologies, such as quenching heat recovery, cooling heat recovery, and the vacuum lock chamber in front reduces the furnace gas consumption by more than 20% compared with the traditional structure. The residual salt is fully recovered, the system achieves zero discharge, and the environmental protection and safety standards are met.
The movement mechanism design of the equipment has obtained several patents, such as ceramic wheel rod, patented rod connection structure, etc.
The monthly production capacity of the equipment is more than 300 tons.
