As for the bearing, many people may not be very clear about it or what it is used for. In fact, it is an important part of mechanical equipment, which is widely used in industrial machinery. So what parts are the bearing construction methods composed of, and what kinds of differences are there in the bearing construction methods? Here's a detailed analysis.

1、 Bearing sleeve

1) The inner diameter of the shaft sleeve exceeds the maximum value of the rule, that is, the shaft diameter plus the maximum allowable clearance of the bearing;

2) When the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is less than the minimum value of the regular size and the knurling method cannot meet the quality requirements of the pipe;

3) When the shaft sleeve is burnt or seized.

2、 Split inlet bearing

1) When the alloy is seriously worn and its thickness is reduced by more than 1/2;

2) When the serious area of shelling and cracking of alloy layer reaches more than 1/3;

3) The bearing alloy layer is seriously burnt;

4) When the contact angle of the shaft between the alloy and the bearing is greater than 120o, the contact angle cannot be adjusted by scraping the pad mouth or the side clearance is too large to be adjusted.

3、 Thin wall bearing pad

1) The alloy layer is fused;

2) When the bearing alloy layer is seriously worn and bitten, and cannot be tightened with pad method;

3) When the alloy layer is shelled or cracked;

4) When the wear of alloy layer is not too serious, but the maintenance distance cannot be guaranteed;

5) When the alloy layer is worn, it is necessary to tighten the bearing with gasket method, but the gasket thickness exceeds 0.5mm.
