Imported bearings should be regularly maintained and inspected

In terms of the speed of imported bearings, the imported bearings are determined according to the type, size, accuracy, cage type, load, lubrication mode, cooling mode and other factors of imported bearings. The installation and disassembly of the imported bearing shall be frequently disassembled and installed in specific applications to ensure that it can be inspected and repaired according to its location. Imported bearings whose inner and outer rings can be installed separately, such as cylindrical imported bearings, needle roller imported bearings, tapered imported bearings, etc., are very suitable for such occasions. Taper hole type self-aligning ball imported bearing and self-aligning roller imported bearing also simplify the installation procedure with the help of the shaft sleeve.

In some cases, the rolling inlet bearings should be preloaded to increase stiffness. This program is usually used for deep groove ball inlet bearings, radial thrust ball inlet bearings and tapered roller inlet bearings. The inner and outer rings are offset, the shaft is bent, the tolerance of the shaft or the imported bearing box is changed, and improper fitting will cause the inner and outer rings to be eccentric. In order to prevent excessive cross of eccentric angle, the imported self-aligning ball bearing, self-aligning roller bearing or self-aligning imported bearing seat are better choices. Voice frequency and torque, as well as dynamic imported bearings, are manufactured according to high-precision proportions, so voice and torque.

(1) Note that the imported bearing with seal cannot be cleaned in this way, and the inside of the seal should be kept as it is.

(2) The assembly surface shall be cleaned with clean gasoline, kerosene, toluene or xylene solution, wiped with clean cloth, and coated with a thin layer of smooth oil, which can make the operation of the equipment simple and efficient.

(3) When approaching the device, open the imported bearing package, immerse it in the above-mentioned gasoline and other liquids, and gently rotate it by hand to ensure that the oil package on the cage, rolling element and raceway surface is thoroughly cleaned.

(4) When cleaning a large number of imported bearings, first use 90~100 temperature hot engine oil to condense the sealing oil, at the same time use seamless tools to dig out all the old oil, then use kerosene to wash the engine oil, and then use gasoline to clean again. After cleaning, wear film gloves and put the imported bearing on a clean cloth or paper on the workbench to dry.
